Thrive in Harmony is an nonprofit initiative that is redefining workplace culture in Washington, DC. More than a DEI program, it’s a practical toolkit that empowers organizations to invite diverse perspectives, fostering environments where every voice contributes to shaping success. 

Working in tandem with their key stakeholders, we developed a brand strategy that took the initiative outside of the politized parameters of DEI and focused the brand narrative on the idea that curiosity and openness is simply good for business.
